01 How is this different from keyword screening?
Keyword filters match strings. Lumi reads for meaning, recognising that 'nursing home supervisor' and 'care home lead' describe the same role, or that an overseas qualification meets a UK requirement.
02 Can I see why a candidate scored what they did?
Yes. Every score comes with reasoning: which skills were matched, which were missing, which were inferred. Exportable as evidence for audits, appeals, or inspections.
03 What about bias?
