Explainable by default
Every decision must be defensible. If Lumi can't explain why it reached a score, we haven't done the work.
Compliance is the minimum
GDPR, ISO 27001, Equality Act 2010. These aren't features. They're the floor. We build above them.
Human in the loop
Lumi doesn't replace recruiters. It removes the part of the job that causes burnout, so recruiters can do the part that requires judgment.
Built for regulated sectors
Adult social care, children's services, education, contact centres: sectors where one bad hire can cost a regulator licence. We design for the hardest cases first.
