These Terms of Service govern your use of the HireWithLumi website and any services offered via that website. The HireWithLumi platform (once accessed via a paid subscription or pilot agreement) is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement.

HireWithLumi is a trading name of Lumina Innovations Holdings Limited, registered in England and Wales.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, please do not use the site.

3. Use of the website

You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
• Attempt unauthorised access to any portion of the site or its systems
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without prior written permission
• Submit false or misleading information through contact or demo forms
• Use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, logos, layout, and code) is owned by Lumina Innovations Holdings Limited or licensed to us. It is protected by copyright and trade-mark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires written permission.

5. Demo requests, pilots, and enquiries

Submitting a demo request or enquiry does not create a binding contract between you and HireWithLumi. A formal contract (the Master Services Agreement) is only created when both parties sign a written agreement.

6. First Role Free

The "First Role Free" offer entitles eligible prospects to run one live vacancy through the HireWithLumi platform at no cost. Eligibility, scope, and fair-use limits are described during the onboarding process. No credit card is required, and there is no automatic conversion to a paid plan.

The content on this website is provided for general information. We work to keep it accurate and current, but make no warranty that it is free from error. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice.

HireWithLumi is a pre-interview screening platform and supports compliance with hiring regulations. It does not replace statutory checks that remain the hiring organisation's responsibility, including but not limited to DBS checks, right-to-work verification, reference checks, professional registration verification, and Single Central Record management.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised review date.
