01 What platforms does Lumi actually analyse?

LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter / X, TikTok, and professional blogs, provided the candidate has opted in and supplied their handles. Platforms the candidate doesn't include are never analysed.

02 Is this legal under UK GDPR?

Yes. We only analyse data that is both publicly accessible and provided with explicit candidate consent. The analysis is logged in a full audit trail and candidates can withdraw consent at any point.

03 How is this different from just searching someone's name?

Lumi applies consistent sentiment analysis, role-fit scoring, and automated red-flag detection across every candidate, removing the variability of individual reviewers and surfacing signals that manual search would miss.

04 Can I use Digital Footprint without the rest of Lumi?

05 What do you mean by 'red flags'?

Discriminatory language, unprofessional or incompatible content given the role, conflicts of interest, and material inconsistencies between claimed expertise and public content. All flagged for human review, never auto-rejecting anyone.
